A French gold circular stone set brooch, of openwork design the central round garnet bordered with six turquoise cabochons and diamond point detail, to an outer border of alternate set split pearls and garnets. French assay marks. Diameter of brooch 4cms.

Condition Report
The brooch is in overall good condition. The garnets have a polished flat top and faceted pavillion. The have a weak body colour. Some of the turquoise have been replaced, they do not match in colour. The centre to one of the split pearls is loose. All the pearls are well matched and have a good luster. Minor scratches can be seen to the brooch. The brooch pin and clasp are in good working order. The French stamps are clear to the brooch and the brooch pin.
