An Edwardian seed pearl necklet circa 1905, the central cluster with a cultured pearl surrounded by eight split pearls in petal design settings flanked to each side by further petal design droppers on an articulated seed pearl chain. Length 40cms .Detachable pendant termination vacant AF

The necklet is in overall good condition, in keeping with age. Several seed pearls are missing to the chain (One to the central detail) All the pearls are well matched in colour and lustre. They are a little grey in colour. Blisters and blemishes can be seen to the nacre of the many of the pearls. Light scratches can be seen to the metal. Some of the settings are bent slightly out of shape.
