Lot Description

An early 20th century pearl and diamond pendant, set to the centre with a baroque pearl surrounded by a stylised foliate diamond set border suspended from a diamond set spacer to a fine link back chain. Estimated weight of principal diamond 0.30cts. Length of chain 34.0cms.

The pendant and chain is in good condition in keeping with age and use. The pearl is in pleasing condition, under 10 X magnification one can see small blisters and stains to the surface. The diamonds are of varying colour and quality, one of the principal diamonds to the right is much brighter than the others and may be a replacement. Chain links are articulating freely with no kinks, clasp is tight and secure. Rubbed makers initials RS.
