All pieces have wear and tear scratches with tarnishing and build up of polish to the crevices. The insides of the pieces are very dirty and tarnished. Some of the detailing is slightly rubbed. There is a dint to the top of the fluting on the teapot and also two smaller dints to the top half of the pot, with another dint to the front rim. The lower tip of the spout has been bent slightly. The lid does not sit flush. The handle and finial has some build up of polish on them and there's a small chip to one edge of the handle. There is a discolouration mark next to the hallmark on the teapot. The hallmarks are rubbed but legible. The makers mark on the milk jug seems to have been double stamped.
