Lot Description
A Victorian silver mug with enlarged diaper embossed body raised on a circular base with scrolling handle. Hallmarked Edward and John Barnard London 1862. Height to top of handle measures 4 3/4inches (12 cm), weighs 5.08 ozt (158 grams).

Condition Report
The Victorian silver mug has slight distortion to the body with a shallow dent and small crease near the cartouche. The handle is slightly bent to one side. The mug sits slightly uneven on the base due to slight distortion of the rim. Tarnish and polish residue, especially to the low relief. Hallmarks on base still clear and legible. Otherwise wear commensurate with age and use.
