SMITHS - a 9ct gold manual gentleman's Deluxe bracelet watch, the silvered dial with hourly applied gilt Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds dial to six o'clock, surrounded by an outer minute track, circular shaped case hallmarked Birmingham 1954 with presentation engraving to case back is numbered 12383 and 607400 and is fitted to an associated expandable strap,the fifteen jewel movement is numbered C218206. Case diameter 31.1mm. With box.

Movement is currently functioning but is quite dirty and would benefit from a clean and an overhaul. Case is filthy and shows signs of general wear with light scratches, marks and tarnishing, but with the noticeable exception of the presentation engraving to the rear the majority of these appear to be superficial and should polish out, plating to button and expandable strap is wearing, glass is lightly scratched, hands and dial look slightly tarnished to the edges and there is a build up of detritus between the dial and glass.
Box shows signs of wear around the edges both opens and shuts with a pleasing action.
