Lot Description
George III pedestal silver vase with cranberry glass liner, the body with vertical piercing amongst classical swags and reeded banding, the circular foot raised above a square base. Hallmarked John Emes London 1802. Height measuring 6 3/4 inches (17 cm), gross silver weight 11.63 ozt (361 grams).

Condition Report
The vase displays wear commensurate with the age and use with general scratches, marks and tarnishing. Small splits and wear visible to the middle reeded band. Repairs visible to the foot on the opening of the vertical piercing. Small very minor chips visible to the rim of the glass liner, noticeable under close inspection. The hallmarks visible to the underside are clear and legible.
