The overall condition appears to be okay.  There are general surface marks and scratches in keeping with the age of the item.  There are also some very minor dents and a small nick to the top flat part of the handle.

There are some deeper scratches and more noticeable marks to the lid, especially around the handle.

The hinged lid is slightly loose.

There are some more noticeable marks and scratches to the interior and a noticeable impression from one of the front feet, as if it has been pushed in slightly.

The hallmarks are in generally good condition, only very slightly rubbed.  Further date letter and standard mark to interior of lid.

The spoon has very clear hallmarks but there is some damage to the bowl, the metal is very worn and dented in places.
