Lot Description

An early 20th century double stamp holder, the front engraved all over with scrolling foliage, hallmarks indistinct, possibly Birmingham 1903, measuring 50mm x 35mm;  together with an Edwardian pierced silver napkin ring, hallmarked Sheffield 1906, a small silver vanity pot and an Edwardian decorative silver cross pendant. All items in the lot display general wear and surface marks and scratches commensurate with the age and use.

The stamp holder is tarnished and the metal displays various dints, especially around the edges.  There is a small pinkish/red stone, which is chipped.  The maker's marks are illegible and part of the hallmarks are very worn.

The napkin ring is generally ok, there is some tarnishing.  The hallmarks and maker's marks are very clear.

The vanity pot is tarnished.  The lid is engraved with word 'Saccharine'.  The underside is marked 'Sterling silver'.

The cross is also a little tarnished and the edges display some wear.  Hallmarks and maker's marks are rubbed but still legible.
