Lot Description

A quantity of twelve silver and white metal items to include a hinged silver bangle, a pair of sugar tongs (hallmarks for London 1907), a vinaigrette with engraved foliate decoration (hallmarks for London 1833), and further items to include gem set pieces. Total weight 150.2gms.

Overall general wear to all the pieces.


The vinaigrette is quite damaged due to its age, thee are small dints throughout and it does not close flush as the hinge is bent. The inner grill is detached, the hallmarks are corressponding to each side and are rubbed but legible. There is tarnishing to the interior and surface scratches and loss of detail to the exterior decoration.


There is a macarsite cross which has two stones deficient.


There is a Swarovski bracelet which is very worn, parts of the bracelet are rubbed revealing a copper colour, many of the stones are deficient and some have yellowing to the glue beneath.
