Condition Report
The Victorian bonbon dish appears in good condition, there are general scratches, marks and tarnishing. Visible only from the underside there is a 2 cm (approximately) diameter area of solder, possibly to reinforce the central cartouche from a previous engraving removal. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
The smaller example appears bright and clean, general light scratches and tarnishing visible and looks to have been recently re-polished. There is a small split visible to the piercing. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
