Lot Description

A gold filled keyless wind open face Waterbury pocket watch, the white dial with black Roman numerals, bordered by a minute track, subsidiary seconds dial positioned to six o'clock, engine turned case with vacant cartouche, signed movement numbered 819076, with a duplex escapement. Case diameter 48mm.

Open face pocket watch, the keyless wind movement does currently function although stops after a very short while, dial has hair line cracks around the 8 o'clock position, with some other minor marks, hour hand is in a fair condition but the minute hand shows corrosion and the second hand is missing, glass has some light scratch and scuff marks, case is scratched due to general wear with the engine turned pattern on the back cover is rubbed.
