Lot Description

A Victorian 18ct gold key wind open faced pocket watch, the gold tone dial with black Roman numerals, floral decoration to the inner, outer minute track, round case with engine turned decoration with vacant cartouche to the rear, hallmarked London 1866, fitted with a signed three quarter plating movement with ratchet tooth escapement and diamond end stone. Case diameter 43mm. Total weight 62.0gms.

18ct open face pocket watch, the key wind movement is currently functioning, the dial has become tainted with age, hands are slightly scratched, glass has very slight surface scratches, case is in good condition with only marks that coincide with general wear.
