A base metal keyless wind open faced pocket watch by J.W Benson

Lot Description
A base metal keyless wind open face pocket watch by J W Benson, the white dial with hourly applied black Roman numerals, bordered by a minute track with outer red twenty-four hour indications, subsidiary seconds dial to six o'clock, the plain Dennison case, fitted with an unsigned movement with club tooth lever escapement. Case diameter 58mm.

Open faced pocket watch by J.W Benson, keyless manual wind movement is currently functioning, dial has a small crack radiating out from the centre, dial also shows some tiny mark, hands appear to be in good condition, glass appears to have chips to the edge by the 'VII' numeral, case has scratches and marks as a result of general use, button has wear to the plating.
