Lot Description

A Victorian silver key wind open face centre seconds pocket watch with stop function, the cream enamel dial marked Centre Seconds Chronograph with black Roman numerals and outer Arabic timing divisions, the silver case with milled band and vacant cartouche to the rear, hallmarked Birmingham 1891, fitted with a three quarter plated movement with a ratchet tooth escapement signed J.Rudd. Case diameter 60mm. Stop seconds A/F.

Silver cased pocket watch, fusee key wind movement is currently functioning, dial is discolored with a crack from 12 o'clock to 2 o'clock, hands have slightly tarnished, glass has scratches all over the surface with a large chip to the edge at 12 o'clock, case has scratches and scuff due to general wear.
