OMEGA - an 18k gold automatic gentleman’s Chronometre rated wrist watch circa 1950, the silvered dial with hourly applied chevron markers and quarterly Arabic numerals, inner minute track, round case stamped with French poincon, numbered 10971660, fitted to an authentic black leather strap with pin buckle, signed bumper movement with seventeen jewels, numbered 12260758. Case diameter 34mm. With paperwork.

Omega wrist watch, automatic movement is currently functioning, dial shows some discolouration with some tarnishing to the numerals and hands, glass possesses a multitude of light scratches visible under a certain light, there is a slightly deeper scratch running over the apex of the glass, case has tarnishing, marks and scratches commensurate with material, there are also some small nicks to the case edges and some wear where the strap rubs against the lugs, strap is worn with age and may require replacing in the future.


Due to the opening of the case back we recommend that this watch be resealed by an authorised technician before use near water.
