ROLEX - a stainless steel quartz gentleman's Oysterquartz Datejust bracelet watch circa 1978, the silvered sunburst effect dial with hourly applied batons, bordered by a minute track, date aperture positioned to three o'clock, smooth bezel, tonneau shaped case, fitted to a steel bracelet with clasp, reference number 17000, serial number 5538537, movement number 0052231, movement calibre 5035. Case width 36mm.

Rolex bracelet watch, the automatic movement is currently functioning, dial and hands appear to be an good condition although the glass has a few chips around the edge, case and bracelet have minor scuffs and marks that are consistent with general wear, bracelet appears to be slightly stretched and has a measurement of 18.5cm including case.
Lot does not include box or papers. Due to the opening of the case back we recommend that this watch be resealed by an authorised technician before use near water.
