A late 19th century walnut veneered writing desk. The top with raised gallery above an opening storage compartment fitted with pen tray, inkwell and stationery compartments. The sloped writing surface inset with a cream tooled leather writing surface. The whole upon turned supports, united by twin shaped shelves. 37.5" (95.5cm) height, 20.5" (52cm) width
