Pair of silver plated liquor barrels.

Lot Description
Two silver plated liqueur barrels, each modelled with a detachable stopper to the top and a tap to one side and fitted on an openwork stand with six tot cups. Length of largest barrel only 7 inches (18cm).

Condition Report
Both barrels display general wear and surface marks and scratches and some tarnishing. They are not a pair as one is larger than the other. The larger example is slightly pushed in at the top around the opening and the stopper does not fit correctly. The stand also wobbles slightly. The other smaller example does not sit properly in the stand and one of the tot cups has a large crack through it. The plating is coming away in places so that it is now possible to see the copper underneath. Some of the tot cups have marks to the underside, probably remnants of stickers. These can be scraped away.
