The sovereign case displays general wear, tarnishing and surface marks and scratches.  There are also various dints and nicks in the metal and some loss of detail to the engine turned decoration.  The press release mechanism is no longer working as when closed the case has to be forced open.  Hallmarks to the interior are clear and legible.  The pair of plated napkin rings are quite tarnished and display general surface marks and scratches and minor nicks.
