A Victorian mourning ring, the oval-shape woven panel within a square-shape garnet surround with personal inscription and plain band. Unhallmarked. Weight 3gms.

Condition Report
The lot is in fair overall condition with scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. The band is a replacement with the repair visible and the back has some slightly deeper dents. The woven panel is faded and discoloured with large sections of silk removed. The glass has scratches and may be a replacement. The garnets are foil backed with some discolouration to the backing and scratches and nibbles, some with deeper scratches. Inscription reads "Ann Jefferys Ob 6 Novr 1777 At 64" Ring size O 1/2.
