Lot Description
A selection of four agate brooches, to include an eight panel brooch, a domed agate brooch, a hardstone Maltese cross and a silver hardstone thistle. One with hallmarks for Birmingham. Length 2.2cms - 5.1cms.

Condition Report
The lot is in fair to good overall condition with scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. The lobed brooch is slightly loose within its mount and one of the panels has a small chip. One of the domed brooch white banded agate panels has a small compound fracture and the back has more significant dents. The two smaller brooches have small chips to their hardstone panels and the thistle is missing its gem and the brooch is missing its pin. The remaining pins are bent and the brooches have some minor discolouration/tarnish to the mounts.
