Lot Description

Three Scottish brooches, to include an agate brooch with a central eagle, a circular-shape orange paste and agate brooch and an oval-shape agate brooch. Some AF. All unhallmarked.

Condition Report

Overall condition good. There are surface scratches and abrasion to the top and sides of the hardstone panels of all three brooches together with pitting and cracks in places. One agate panel is missing from the openwork paste brooch. The paste has obvious surface abrasion. There is tarnishing to all of the brooches.
