Lot Description

A 20th century 18ct gold keyless wind open face pocket watch, the white enamel dial signed J W Benson London, with black Roman numerals, bordered by a minute track, subsidiary seconds dial positioned to six o'clock, rubbed engine turned case with monogram engraving to cartouche, hallmarked London 1919, signed three quarter plate movement with club tooth lever escapement. Case diameter 47mm. Total weight 92gms.

18ct gold pocket watch, keyless wind movement is currently functioning, tiny marks to the white enamel dial, discolouration and tarnishing to the hands, some scratching and scuffing to the glass consistent with general wear, scratching and tiny dints to the case from general use, small dents to the back of the case with monogram engraving.
