A 20th century 18k gold keyless wind open face pocket watch by Patek, Philippe & Cie, the salmon coloured dial with hourly applied markers, quarterly applied Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds dial to six o'clock, bordered by a minute track, the plain stepped case stamped 18K 0.750 with poincon, numbered 623511, fitted with signed eighteen jewel movement with club tooth lever escapement, bi-metal compensation balance, blue overcoil hairspring, swan neck regulator, Cotes de Geneve stripes. Case diameter 45mm. With presentation case.

18k gold open face pocket watch by Petek Philippe & Cie, keyless wind movement is currently functioning, few tiny marks to the salmon coloured dial, light discolouration to the quarterly Arabic numerals, few tiny marks to the gilt hands, light scratching to the glass and plain stepped case consistent with general wear, some light grazing also to the case from general wear.
