Lot Description

A Victorian silver key wind open face pocket watch, the white dial with hourly applied black Roman numerals, bordered by a minute track, subsidiary seconds dial positioned to six o'clock, the round case with milled band, engine turned design and vacant cartouche to rear, hallmarked London 1871, fitted with signed gilt full plate movement with ratchet tooth lever escapement. Case diameter 47mm. Together with continental metal fob watch.

Victorian silver pocket watch, key wind movement is currently functioning, tiny marks to the dial with chip at 12 o'clock, tiny marks to the hands with bending to the minute hand, some scratching to the glass consistent with general use, scratching and tiny dints to the case and pendant with some rubbing of the engine turned design from general use.


Continental fob watch, scratches and tiny marks to the dial and hands, scratching and tiny dints to the glass and tarnished case from general use.
