Lot Description

A Victorian 18ct gold key wind open face pocket watch, the gilt dial having round engine turned decoration with Roman numerals, surrounded by a minute track, foliate decoration to the centre, round case having milled band and foliate decoration to the back, hallmarked London 1845, fitted with three quarter plate movement with ratchet tooth lever escapement. Case  diameter 45mm. Total weight 65.6gms. With key.

Open face key wind pocket watch, movement is currently functioning, dial has some very small marks between six and seven o'clock, hands are lightly tarnished, glass has some fine surface scratches, case has some very light scratches as a result of general wear.
