Lot Description

A Victorian 18ct gold memorial ring and a two stone diamond cross-over ring. The oval-shape black enamel panel with seed pearl detail to the decorative band, the old European-cut diamonds to the plain band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.24ct. Hallmarks for Birmingham 1881. Stamped 18ct. Weight 5.74gms.

The overall condition is good to fair. There are minor dents and scratches to the mounts in keeping with general wear. There are some chips to the black enamel and minor surface blemishes to the seed pearls. The shank is engraved 'August 30th 1881 My dear mother and father'. The central panel opens as a locket. The diamonds are lively and bright. Ring size O and M.
