A diamond heart-shape pendant. The openwork pendant set throughout with brilliant-cut diamonds suspended from the cord strap and similarly-set diamond clasp. Estimated total diamond weight 2.50cts G-H colour, VS1-VS2 clarity. Stamped 750. Length 40cms. Weight 11.9gms.
