Lot Description

A natural pearl bar brooch. The blister pearl within a claw mount with textured leaf detail to the double knife-edge bar. Accompanied by a report from THe Gem & Pearl Laboratory stating that the pearl is a natural blister pearl (saltwater). Report 04503 dated 31st August, 2011. Stamped 18ct. Length 4.5cms.

Condition Report

The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. The report states the pearl measures 10mm by 10.8mm by 8.9mm and is an undrilled pearl with a worked base. The pearl has a white body colour with yellowish overtones. The pearl has been coated. Weight 6.4gms.
