Early twentieth century silver dish of oblong form, the everted sides pierced with stylised scrolling foliate motifs and with an oval beaded and shaped rim. Hallmarked Robert Stewart Sheffield 1933. Maximum length measures 11 1/2 inches (29cm), weight 13.4 ozt (417.2 grams)

The dish displays general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing and would benefit from a clean and polish. To the centre of the base there is a long dent/crease. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
