Lot Description

A Victorian silver inkwell of tapered square form to the domed lid with white metal rimmed glass liner. Hallmarked Birmingham 1892. Height 2 1/4 inches (5.7cm). Filled.

The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. There is a large dent to the lid. The lid does not close tightly. The piece has significant tarnish and small pinhole dents. Hallmarks moderately worn.
