Lot Description

Edwardian silver stamp case with engraved border, suspension loop and embossed 'STAMPS', hallmarked Boots Pure Drug Birmingham 1904, width measuring 28 mm. Together with a plain example hallmarked Chester 1904. (2).

The stamp cases appears in good overall condition with general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing. A little pitting visible to the back of the cases. The plain example displays a little more wear with a few dints and the body has become a little concave. The hallmarks are clear and legible, makers mark to the plain example is distorted.
