Lot Description
Four thimbles, to include two early 20th century silver examples, together with a small cylindrical silver container with screw lid and gilded interior. Four items with marks to indicate silver, hallmarks for Birmingham 1904 and 1919. Gross silver weight 42gms.

Condition Report
Overall poor to fair condition. The silver container has just light surface scratches. The floral engraved thimble is stamped 925 and sterling and shows light tarnishing. The steel thimble is heavily worn and tarnished. The two silver thimbles are both misshapen, the plain example is heavily tarnished and the repeated floral example has three small holes where it has worn through.
