Lot Description
A stainless steel manual wind gentleman's wrist watch by J. W. Benson, the silvered dial having black Arabic numeral hour markers, subsidiary seconds dial to six o'clock, all surrounded by an outer minute track, faceted Dennison case numbered 7277 15776, fitted to an associated brown leather strap, signed fifteen jewel movement. Case width 25mm.

J.W. Benson gentleman's wrist watch, manual wind movement is not currently functioning, tiny marks and discolouration to the dial, tiny marks to the hands, heavy fracturing across the dial, glass is heavily scratched, case has medium scratches from general wear, creasing and heavy rubbing to the leather strap with pin buckle, one side of the strap appears to have been home-made with uneven edges and splitting, holes to the strap are uneven and naively cut, rubbing and some moulding to the pin buckle.
