Lot Description

A Victorian silver key wind open face pocket watch, the white enamel dial with twenty- four hour black Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds dial positioned to six o'clock, all surrounded by a minute track with Arabic divisions, the round case with a vacant cartouche to rear, hallmarked London 1882, fitted with a full plate movement with ratchet tooth lever escapement. Case diameter 51mm. Together with a silver Albert chain and key.

Silver pocket watch, key wind movement is currently functioning, cracking across the dial in particular to the upper half, tiny marks also to the dial, some rusting and bending to the hands, the glass is lightly scratched, the case has heavy scratches and some small dents, areas of tarnishing also to the case.


Albert chain appears to be in fair condition with tarnishing and scratches and tiny dints.
