Lot Description

A Victorian silver key wind open face pocket watch, the white dial with hourly applied black Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds dial positioned to six o'clock, all surrounded by a minute track, round case with milled band, engine turned decoration and vacant cartouche to the rear, hallmarked Chester 1894,  fitted with a full plate movement with ratchet tooth lever escapement. Case diameter 58mm.

Silver pocket watch, key wind movement is not currently functioning, tiny marks and a few light cracks across the dial, hands appear to be in generally good condition, the glass is lightly scratched, the case has medium scratches from general use and some tarnishing, small dents to the side of the case.
