A Victorian 18ct gold key wind open face pocket watch.

Lot Description
A Victorian 18ct gold key wind open face pocket watch, the gold tone dial with hourly applied Roman numerals, floral decoration to the inner, ornately engraved round case with vacant cartouche to the rear, hallmarked London 1879, fitted with a signed full plate movement with ratchet tooth lever escapement. Case diameter 42mm. Total weight 56gms.

18k open face pocket watch, the key wind movement is currently functioning, dial is marked and scratched in various with the roman numeral markings slightly damaged, hour hand appears to be in a good condition although the minute hand has some inconsistency of colour, glass is scratched on the surface with chips around the outside, case has scratches and marks due to general wear.
