Overall condition good. Light tarnish, scratches and scuffs can be seen, general wear. A few of the bead detail is dented. The fine wire worn to the tapered border is a little loose. A group of heavy scratches can be seen to the reverse of the brooch, a possible acid test. The diamond is bright and lively. It has a light yellow hue with no obvious inclusions seen with the unaided eye. A fine feather can be seen under the table facet with the 10x lens. The brooch pin and suspender jump ring have been replaced.
