Lot Description

A late Victorian seed pearl and enamel locket. Of oval-shape outline, with a seed pearl and blue enamel star and floral engraving to the reverse. Length 5.4cms. Weight 21.8gms.

Condition Report

The locket is in overall good condition. The seed pearls are well matched. All seem secure. The nacre is worn to some. A few smll nicks and chips can be seen to the enamel. Both inner panels have glass fronts. Light scratches and scuffs can be seen, general wear.
