Lot Description

A treated sapphire and diamond cluster ring. The oval-shape treated sapphire collet within a brilliant and baguette-cut diamond surround to the plain band. Sapphire assessed as treated, high heat, possibly diffusion treated. Stamped 18.

Condition Report

The ring is in overall good condition. There are minor scratches to the ring in keeping with slight wear. The treated sapphire is in good condition, the sapphire is an intense blue with an even saturation of colour. The outer diamonds are bright. The claws may need to be secured. Ring size K. Weight 4.9gms.
