A fire opal and diamond ring. The rectangular-shape fire opal collet to the double old-cut diamond shoulders and plain band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.40ct.

Condition Report
The ring is in overall fair condition. There easily visible significant abrasion to the facet edges of the fire opal, there are also some some fairly deep scratches to the table facet. The outer collet appears a little worn with wear to the detail. The diamonds are bright, one diamond is chipped and there are some slight nibble to the girdles, a few of the claws have broken off and would need to be retipped. There are scratches to the band in keeping with overall wear, there is some yellowing to the setting. Dimensions of fire opal 10.6 by 8.3 by 5.5mm. Ring size R1/2. Weight 3.8gms.
