An opal and diamond cluster dress stud.

Overall condition good. Minor surface wear in keeping with general wear. The opal has good play-of-colour showing reds, orange, green, blue and purple colours. Light abrasion can be seen to the surface. Estimated total diamond weight 0.25ct. The diamonds are bright, lively and well matched. Light nicks and chips can be seen to some. Fine feathers and fractures can be seen under magnification. Individual size and setting prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. The dress stud back fitting is a replacement and does not match perfectly. Weight 2.2gms.
