Lot Description

A pair of Edwardian silver candlesticks, filled, each raised above circular bases embossed in high relief with a scrolling foliate motif leading to a stepped mount to the plain cylindrical columns and nozzles conforming in design. Hallmarked Martin, Hall & Co (Richard Martin & Ebenezer Hall) Chester 1907. Height measuring 7 4/8 inches (18.5 cm).

The candlesticks appear in good overall condition and display general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing. Some dints and bumps visible to the high points of the embossing. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
