Lot Description

A pair of mid Victorian turquoise ear pendants, circa 1860. Each designed as a circular turquoise cabochon cluster, within a series of interlocking circles with cannetille detail, suspending a pear-shape drop. Length 4.2cms.

The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. The screw back fittings are for non-pierced ears. The ear pendants are fire-gilded metal. The turquoise are well matched with slight greenish blue discolouration and very minor dark matrix visible. There is minor wear to the gilt on the fittings and drop.
