An 18k gold keyless wind open face pocket watch by Vacheron & Constantin, the white dial with hourly applied black Roman numerals, subsidiary sunken seconds dial positioned to six o'clock, bordered by a minute track with Arabic divisions at five minute intervals, round case with engine turned decoration and a vacant cartouche to rear, numbered 152840, fitted with a signed Swiss bar movement with club tooth lever escapement. Case diameter 46mm. Total weight 75gms. Watch A/F.
