Lot Description

An early Georgian gilt key wind incomplete pocket watch, the white enamel dial with black Roman numerals, outer minute track with Arabic divisions, missing outer case, full plate movement signed Richard Walley, with pierced balance cock and fusee and chain. A/F. Case diameter 43mm.

Incomplete pocket watch, movement is not functioning, dial has dark marks and scratches visible, hands are missing, glass is scratched from use, case is heavily worn and scratched, there is noticeable wear to the gilt metal, hinge is in working order.
