Lot Description

A turquoise and diamond cluster ring. The early 20th century pear-shape turquoise cabochon and old-cut diamond cluster, to the later tapered band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.45ct.

Overall condition good. Light scratches and scuffs can be seen, general wear. All claw settings appear secure, however some have worn thin and will need checking. The turquoise has a blue to green body colour with light green veins running through the edges of the stone. The diamonds are bright, lively and well matched. They appear to be fairly white. Chips can be seen to a few and there are nibbles to many girdle edges. Ring size P 1/2.  Please see the Important Notice for Purchasers at the front of our catalogue for coloured gemstones.
