A William IV mahogany case stick barometer (L Simon Market Place South Shields), the upper ivory scale with engraved by a rectangular glass panel, the lower silvered scale with separate temperature and barometer scales, enclosed by a rectangular glass panel, the whole with carved scrolled mounts and detail. 34.25" (87cm) tall
