Lot Description

An early 20th century 15ct gold peridot and split pearl pendant. The rectangular-shape peridot within a split pearl foliate surround, suspended from an associated curb-link chain. Pendant stamped 15ct. Chain unhallmarked. Length of pendant 2.7cms. Length of chain 43cms. Total weight 5gms.

Overall condition good. There are slight scratches to the pendant in keeping with slight wear. The peridot is in fair condition, there is an easily visible fracture visible towards to the pavilion of the stone. There are some small chips and areas of abrasion to the facet edges. There are some blemishes to the split pearls and they slightly vary in shade. The chain is in good condition, the clasp is damaged and may need attention.
